Ryan McNamara, Senior VP

Ryan McNamara is Senior Vice President of B&R Property Management. Ryan officially joined B&R Property Management at the age of 16 when he was hired by his father and President of B&R Property Management, Robert McNamara. Mr. McNamara has learned and experienced the apartment management business from literally the ground up as he has grown to Senior Vice President. This vast experience gives Ryan a unique insight and experience to managing and investing in apartment communities.

Mr. McNamara compliments his practical hands-on apartment experience with an impressive financial and educational background which includes being a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, holding a Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California (“USC”), earning a Bachelor of Science Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in Accounting from USC, and possessing a current Nevada Real Estate Brokers License.

Ryan McNamara earned his CPA license while working for Ernst & Young’s real estate assurance and audit division. While at Ernst & Young, Ryan audited and consulted with some of the largest and most successful real estate companies in the world. This experience gave Ryan the unprecedented opportunity of learning and gaining industry experience from leaders in the real estate development, real estate financing, and real estate management industries. These experiences provide the backbone of knowledge and expertise that Ryan draws upon to assist B&R’s clients in creating value and wealth throughout the acquisition, management, and disposition of each multi-family asset.

Ryan McNamara’s professional success stems from his education and 2 degrees from the USC. Ryan first earned an undergraduate summa cum laude (GPA: 3.91) accounting degree from USC, which at the time was ranked as the 3rd best undergraduate accounting program by Newsweek. After earning his CPA license while at Ernst & Young, Ryan returned to USC to earn his Masters in Real Estate Finance where he once again graduated with Honors. Mr. McNamara’s education and industry experience are unparalleled to any other apartment management executive in Las Vegas.

After graduation from USC, Ryan decided to return back home to his native town of Las Vegas to join his parents in operating B&R Property Management. Ryan brought his education and vast industry and investment knowledge back to B&R where he has been instrumental in growing the apartment management business.

Outside of the office, Ryan is a fanatical golfer who loves to conduct business over a leisure round of golf. When not golfing, Ryan enjoys traveling the world and experiencing unique cultures and meeting diverse people.
